Deliveries and Returns

All orders must be placed before 12pm (noon UK time) on the day of the order, Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 12pm on Friday and during Saturday and Sunday or a public holiday will be despatched on the Monday of the following week.

*Orders to be shipped outside the EU will have UK sales tax deducted during the checkout process. The recipient will be responsible for any additional postage charges and local taxes/duties incurred.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns

If you choose to exercise your right of cancellation of your order after the goods have been delivered to you, please let us know in writing. We will offer a refund or exchange, depending on stock availability, on any unworn/unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 28 days of dispatch. You must return the goods to us.

Wherever possible, you should package the unused goods securely in the original complete and intact packaging and return them to: Xavier Piot Ltd. Returns, No. 5 Westerngate, Hillmead Enterprise Park, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN5 5WN, United Kingdom.

If the items you return to us are not faulty you will bear the cost of returning the items (such as postage). If the items you return are faulty then we will bear the cost of their return.
